What kind of clients do you work with?
Mostly B2B SaaS companies, agencies, and established consumer brands. We have also worked with founders who are just starting out and need copy that punches above their weight. We work in English and Spanish, which means we are particularly useful to Spanish companies expanding internationally or international companies entering the Spanish market.
Do you work with tight deadlines?
Yes, within reason. The 48h Rush add-on is available for Seed projects. For Grow and Bloom projects, rush timelines are discussed during briefing. We do not rush copy in a way that compromises the work. When a tight deadline is possible, we confirm it explicitly.
Do you do ongoing work or one-off projects?
Both. Some clients come back for one specific piece and we never hear from them again (in the best possible way). Others have us on monthly retainer for thought leadership, newsletters, or ongoing content. We are equally happy with either model.
Which service is right for my project?
If you are not sure, contact us with a description of the problem and we will tell you. As a general guide: Conversion Copywriting for landing pages and funnels; Brand Storytelling for origin, about pages, and brand voice; Thought Leadership for executive articles and LinkedIn; Case Studies for sales enablement; Video Scripts for explainer and content videos; UX Microcopy for app interfaces, onboarding, and error states.
Can you write in both Spanish and English for the same project?
Yes, we write natively in both. For bilingual projects, both versions are written from scratch in the appropriate language rather than translated. The result is copy that sounds natural in each language rather than like a translation.
What do you need from me to start?
A brief. The format does not matter. We need to understand the audience, the goal, the context, and any existing content we should be consistent with. We will ask specific questions if anything is missing. Most briefs are fully resolved in one back-and-forth.
When do I pay and how?
Payment is made in full upfront via Stripe, before work begins. All major cards accepted. No invoicing delays, no chasing. The payment process is handled by Stripe and you will receive a receipt from them.
What is your refund policy?
If we cannot deliver within the agreed scope and timeline, we issue a full refund. If the first draft does not land as expected, we revise it as many times as the plan allows. We do not offer refunds on the basis of stylistic preferences that were not specified in the brief, but we will always fix genuine errors.
