Terms of Service

1. Parties

Discover Copywriting, Calle Monzon, 9, 41012 Sevilla, Spain (the Studio) and the client placing an order (the Client). Governed by Spanish law.

2. Services

Copywriting services including conversion copy, brand storytelling, thought leadership, case studies, video scripts, and UX microcopy. All delivered digitally by email.

3. Payment

Payment in full upfront via Stripe. Client confirms being 18 years or older with authority to enter this agreement.

4. Delivery timelines

• Seed plan: 3 business days
• Grow plan: 7 business days
• Bloom plan: 21 business days

5. Revisions

1 round on Seed, 2 on Grow, unlimited on Bloom. Specific notes required for revision requests.

6. Intellectual property

All rights in delivered copy transfer to Client upon receipt of full payment.

7. Governing law

Spanish law. Jurisdiction of courts of Sevilla, Spain.
